FAI YOUNG ARTISTS CONTEST 2027

Submitting YAC Finalists

All entries by individuals must be sent to FAI Members by their national deadline. FAI Members will conduct national competitions and choose three finalists for each age group category and submit them to the FAI for the final international judging phase.

The official method of finalist submission will now be done through the following online form:

Official Finalist Submission Form

FAI Members will have the possibility of submitting a total of 9 finalists through this form.
Indicated information needs to be filled out fully for each finalist to be considered for the final international judging phase.

Inside the digital submission form, a clear image of the artwork following the requirements below needs to be uploaded:

File format: JPG or PDF
File size: under 10 mb
File name: Country_Age Category_Placement_Firstname_Lastname
Image is in focus, evenly lit, without shadows or reflections
The entire artwork including its edges are visible
The sides of the art are parallel to each other (art looks rectangular, not distorted)

Regardless whether the physical artwork will be sent to the FAI, the submission form and digital image remain as a requirement.
Ways to Send the Artwork (Optional)

FAI Members will now have the choice to submit physical artwork through post alongside their digital submission online.
Any entries that were mailed without the official digital submission form will no longer be considered.

If FAI Members choose to send finalist artwork by post on top of the digital submission, it must be received before the 1st of April by the FAI Secretariat at:

Avenue de Rhodanie 54
