An dat soll die grouss Léift sin? Net mat mir!

Red flags, green flags: let’s talk about relationships and consent!

How can you recognise a healthy relationship? What is a ‘red flag’? Where do my boundaries begin, and how can I tell if the other person’s boundaries are being respected?

Through concrete scenarios, discussions and interactive activities, young people will be able to reflect on romantic and sexual relationships, on behaviours that foster a healthy relationship and on those that may be cause for concern or toxic. The workshop also addresses consent, personal boundaries, communication, respect, trust and the right to change one’s mind.

The aim is to help young people identify the signs of a healthy or unhealthy relationship, gain a better understanding of their own boundaries, respect those of others and develop the tools needed to build relationships based on respect and consent.
