Ich kämpfe fair! taster session

When we observe how boys interact with one another, we see that physical contact plays a significant role. Many boys seek to rub up against one another, push, shove, jostle and scuffle in order to connect with one another. In many contexts, this is not welcome because different behaviours are expected. There is also often a fear that the line between such behaviour and actions that cross boundaries – and are therefore violent – is blurred, and that the situation could spiral out of control. ‘EKF!’ builds on what many boys enjoy and therefore find appealing: powerful, dynamic physical contact whilst maintaining mutual respect, without violence and without any losers. In this taster session, they experience the KampfESspiele® method developed by the KRAFTPROTZ® Institute. The focus here is on the ‘inner referee’ – an awareness of fairness, justice and responsibility. Through fighting together, participants develop a positive way of dealing with strength and aggression.

Am Bësch aktiv – Fokus op Beweegung

De Bësch bitt villfälteg Méiglechkeeten, fir Beweegung op eng natierlech, spilleresch a motivéierend Aart a Weis ze erliewen. Beim Klammen, Balancéieren, Sprangen, Lafen an anere Beweegungsaufgabe bzw. -spiller setzen d’Kanner sech aktiv mat hirer Ëmwelt auserneen a maachen dobäi wichteg motoresch a sensoresch Erfahrungen.

WibS – Project

The WibS project brings plenty of physical activities, fun and new ideas to your school.
We visit the school on four mornings and, in collaboration with the teacher, offer the following activities:

WibS-BIKE (C 1)

A full hour of physical activity and fun in the sports hall. Using balance bikes, the children learn to move safely, find their balance and improve their coordination.

WibS-CHECK (C2–4)

A series of playful tests used to assess the children’s current level of fitness. Basic motor skills are evaluated – such as endurance, balance, coordination, speed, ball control and jumping ability – as well as teamwork within the class. The results provide the teacher with clear and practical feedback to better support the children’s development.

WibS-BOOSTER (for the whole school)

Throughout the project, the whole school benefits from the ‘Beweegungs-Booster’: a collection of varied movement ideas, materials to encourage physical activity, and movement challenges that motivate the children and provide the school with inspiration to promote physical activity even beyond the project.

All this in a single project!

Playfully

This workshop offers an exciting 360° journey of the body with movements from the worlds of dance, martial arts and Animal Flow, enabling children to discover and develop their motor skills and body dynamics. Through natural movements, reflexes, and creative coordination and mobility games, children experience the dancer’s body in all its diversity. Various creative exercises are demonstrated that can also be done in everyday life to improve bodily awareness and develop new creative ideas.

The aim of this workshop is to improve our spatial orientation, to listen to our instincts and to trust them. We learn to recognise signals from our inner selves, to listen to them, and to foster them positively at the same time. The focus is on enjoying the process of learning and experimentation, without fixating on a specific outcome or any other predetermined expectations.
We follow our impulses and allow ourselves to be led freely by the movement. Through this practice, we consciously reconnect with our body and gradually build a greater body awareness.
As part of this workshop, we will also explore ’empty’ and ‘open’ space. We tread through this space, moving consciously and thus developing a nuanced sense of space. Even in chaos, we can find our place and our stillness.

Specifically, this offer consists of:

° Building
creative movement sequences ° Muscle exercises for holistic strengthening
° Reflex games
° Developing
360° body awareness ° Improving reactivity
